Who We Are
What started as a small group of friends who loved Speech & Debate became a movement to inspire young readers. Turn the Page was born out of a desire to create a fun and unique program to address low literacy rates in our community and foster a love for reading as well as the art of telling stories. As Speech & Debate students with the fortunate opportunity to immerse ourselves in stories and telling them, we feel inspired to share our passion for storytelling and diverse narratives with younger generations, giving them the same gift — the confidence to read, speak, and imagine freely. .
